Telephone Marketing Professional, with at least 3 years experience in telephone sales and marketing of computer related products and software.
You will be dealing with our lighting products to existing reseller and fortune 500 end-user customer base. You are responsible to enter the customer's order on our computer system and ensure the accuracy of the information.
You can listen to a customer requirement and involve our technical specialists when needed. You will get to the decision maker, identify a need on the phone, get the message across, set a next action leading to a close.
You can identify with technical concepts and products, you can explain them in laymans terms. You have a sincere and friendly telephone manner and are a team player.
